Who is Geganta of Mataró?
Geganta is Robafaves’ partner and a member of the Família Robafaves, one of the main groups taking part in Les Santes de Mataró.
She is dressed as a classical queen, with a crown, white veil and velvet cape. In her left hand she carries a bouquet of fresh flowers and in her right hand a handkerchief made by a group of elderly women from the city.
Geganta is part of the Família Robafaves together with Robafaves, Toneta and Maneló, some of the best-known Giants of Mataró.

Yes, if you order in time. If you live outside Mataró, we recommend ordering at least two weeks before Les Santes (25–29 July) so it reaches your home in time. Within Catalonia, orders usually arrive in 24–48 hours, and elsewhere in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands within a few days. If you’re in Mataró, you can also collect it at Espai Robafaves.
