The detail that defines this T-shirt is the loom-woven Robafaves helmet. The design is created with threads, allowing its shapes, colours and small details to be reproduced with a highly precise textile finish.

We chose this technique because the helmet is the centrepiece of the garment. We didn't simply want to reproduce it as a print: we wanted texture, definition and a finish that could also be appreciated up close.

The loom also has a special connection with Mataró and its textile history. It is a way of representing a symbol of the city using a technique that also forms part of its industrial past.

An organic cotton T-shirt

The fabric itself is also an important part of the garment. It is made from 100% organic cotton, with a pleasant feel and a finish designed to work just as well with jeans as with a smarter outfit.

It is a unisex T-shirt for adults, available from S to 3XL.

Who is Robafaves?

Robafaves is one of the Giants of Mataró and one of the best-known figures of the Les Santes Festa Major. He has the appearance of a medieval warrior, with a helmet, cape, chain mail and sword, and is inspired by King James I the Conqueror.

For this T-shirt, we have reduced the figure to his most recognisable element: the Robafaves helmet.
