The book features the ten most iconic figures of Les Santes de Mataró:

• Robafaves: the giant who stole beans and kept the name forever
• La Geganta: the queen of the family, with a crown, white veil and bouquet of natural flowers
• La Toneta: the youngest daughter of the family, documented since 1853
• Maneló: la Toneta's husband, from Terrassa, who joined the family in 1950
• L'Àliga: a majestic figure with a crown and a dove in its beak, documented since 1601
• El Drac: a fire figure presented in 1991, inspired by Robafaves' helmet
• El Dragalió: son of El Drac and the Víbria de Poblenou, born in 2007
• La Momerota: a fire figure with a bull's head, recovered in 1979
• La Momeroteta: La Momerota's daughter, presented in 1982
• Les Diablesses: Catalonia's first all-female fire colla, founded in 1985
