The Dragalió is the offspring of the Drac of Mataró and the Víbria of Poblenou. It was presented as a giant egg for Sant Jordi 2007 and hatched on 25 July that year. It is carried by boys and girls aged 10 to 16.

The Dragalió has its own dance to the beat of the drums. The first was composed by Michael Weiss and the current one is by Joan Cot and Matias Lizana.
