Robafaves has taken inspiration from the famous Diablesses de Mataró to design one of the most anticipated correfoc capes. Made in Mataró with the finest materials and craftsmanship, it is the perfect cape for experiencing the correfoc with intensity and style.

Materials and construction

Made from two layers of 100% cotton: a black outer fabric of 400 g/m² and a red inner lining of 160 g/m². The double layer guarantees the best protection for children and adults alike.

The Diablessa de Mataró design is sublimated onto a small piece of polyester embroidered and sewn onto the cape, ensuring maximum durability and resistance of the design. The rest of the cape is entirely 100% cotton.

Exclusive details

• Authentic horns: with the real shape worn by correfoc devils. They stay firm and do not droop over time.
• Red embroidered flame at the lower centre of the cape.
• Red bias binding on the finishing, giving a unique, fun and striking contrast against the black.

Available sizes

• Small: approx. 3 to 6 years. Length: 60 cm from the nape of the neck to the bottom of the cape.
• Medium: approx. 7 to 9 years. Length: 76.5 cm from the nape of the neck to the bottom of the cape.
• Large (Adult): 10 years to adult. Length: 1 metre from the nape of the neck to the bottom of the cape.

Safety at the correfoc

This cape does not have a flame-resistant treatment. Flame-resistant treatments are simply a liquid applied to the base fabric with a limited lifespan. They do not last forever and lose effectiveness with washing.

It is essential to understand that any type of fabric, regardless of any flame-resistant treatment it may have received, can burn when it comes into direct contact with fire or sparks. This is why it is crucial that the fabric is thick and does not contain plastic such as polyester, which can melt with heat and stick to the skin.

To guarantee user safety, we make our capes from 100% cotton with a high fabric weight, providing the best protection against sparks and fire.
