Who is Robafaves of Mataró?

Robafaves is the giant who leads the Família Robafaves and one of the best-known figures among the Giants of Mataró.

He has a stern expression and is dressed as a medieval warrior, with a helmet, cape, chain mail and sword. His appearance is inspired by King James I the Conqueror, and in his left hand he carries a scroll linked to the legend behind his name.

He is part of the Família Robafaves together with Geganta, Toneta and Maneló, who take part in many of the events of Les Santes de Mataró.
